course in Biotechnology
|
Dear Colleagues
Hello
This summer we
conducted a summer course in biotechnology. The course
topics were based on primary tissue culture ,molecular
genetics and embryo biotechnology. The course was attended
by students from various parts of country and was quite
successful. At the end of the course certificates were
issued.
The feed back of
the students was very encouraging and they advised us to
start dissertation program in biotechnology as they can not
find good institutes for this purpose.
As we are in
clinical practice this advice to start full dissertation
program was fantastic. We felt that the students of
biotechnology were slightly confused and do not know the
basics and applied genetics well. As we are in applied field
, we thought that we should impart some practical skills to
these students so that they can have more confidence in them
and can earn their livelihood in a better way.
As an
institution head ,if you read this newsletter ,I request to
send your students .We assure you to help them in a great
way.
With regards
Dr.D’Pankar
Banerji
